Family Support Services for Autism-Impacted Families

This program provides hands-on, individualized support to autism-impacted families in Georgia and beyond tailored to their specific needs. Autism can place significant financial, emotional, mental, and social strain on families. Hence, our Family Support Services aim to alleviate these challenges by offering comprehensive assistance in various ways. Services provided through this program include:

  • Referrals to Autism Services – Connecting parents with essential resources such as diagnostic assessments, ABA therapy, extracurricular programs, speech and occupational therapy, childcare services, and more.
  • Material and Gift Card Donations – Supporting families in need by providing essential supplies and financial assistance.
  • Support for Immigrant Families – Assisting newly arrived families with autistic children in navigating their new environment and accessing appropriate services.
  • Advocacy Services – Ensuring families receive the necessary support and resources through advocacy efforts.
  • IEP Meeting Support – Attending Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings upon request to provide emotional and practical support.
